The 1999-00 Luxembourg Championship season was the third straight season the competition was arranged. The games Lokomotiv Luxembourg, IHC Beaufort, and the Rapids Remich played against one another in the Luxembourg Cup counted for the Luxembourg Championship's first round. The top team then met Tornado Luxembourg in a separately-staged final.
