The 1994-95 British Hockey League Division One season was the 13th season of the second-tier division of the British Hockey League. 12 teams participated in the league, and the Slough Jets won the regular season championship.

The Romford Raiders and the Teeside Bombers withdrew from the league during the middle of the season and had their results expunged.
