The 1993-94 English League season saw seven teams participate and the Wightlink Raiders win the championship. They also claimed the English Cup.
The league underwent many changes from the 1992-93 season. All teams but Wightlink and Sunderland were promoted to the British Hockey League Division One as that league was expanded. The Raiders were denied promotion as their ice rink was considered too small for the competition.
The English League expanded with teams from the non-import English Conference.
