The 1980-81 Nordic Cup was contested by four teams from Sweden and Finland and was won by HIFK Helsinki. It was played from August 26-September 28, 1980.

Note: As HIFK and Assat tied both their head-to-head matches, and had the same number of points and goal differential, the ratio of goals scored-goals against served as the tiebreaker. With a 1.21 goal quotient as opposed to 1.16, HIFK won the Nordic Cup.
