1938 Dutch Cup

The 1938 Dutch Cup (also known as the Nestor Beker) was the first edition of the tournament. It was contested by six teams, divided into two groups, and won by H.H.IJ.C. Den Haag. The competition was also referred to by some sources (at least in the early rounds) as the P.J. Mulier-Beker.

Won by H.H.IJ.C. Den Haag. Participants: H.H.IJ.C., H.H.IJ.C. Juniors, R.IJ.C. Pinguins.

Amsterdam came back from a 3:0 deficit to force overtime but Den Haag scored three goals in the extra session to win the first Dutch Championship.
