The 1927 German Ice Hockey Championship was the 11th season of the German Ice Hockey Championship, the national championship of Germany. SC Riessersee won the championship by defeating SC Charlottenburg in the final.

The competition was originally intended to be staged on January 15 and 16, 1927, in Füssen. Due to inclement weather, it was rescheduled for February 5 and 6, at the same location.

SC Charlottenburg and Berliner SC qualified for the national championship. BSC lost to Tegeler EV on forfeit as French player Gerard Simond was on the roster for their game against them, which was against the competition bylaws. The full playing schedule was not completed.

SC Riessersee and HG Nuremberg qualified for the national championship.

East Prussian Championship

Won by VfB Königsberg.

National Championship

Berliner Schlittschuhclub withdrew as Gustav Jaenecke and Horst Orbanowski were unable to play, owing to studies. VfB Königsberg and HG Nuremberg also withdrew. Thus, the semifinal losers of the Bavarian Championship played off to earn a spot in the semifinals of the national championship.
