This was the 1975-76 Yugoslav Cup. It was won by HK Jesenice.

Semifinals

• HK Jesenice - HDD Olimpija Ljubljana
• HK Partizan - Medveščak Zagreb 5:0 Forfeit

Final

Due to delays with the Partizan-Zagreb semifinal, the final did not take place until October 1976. There was no ice yet in Belgrade, leaving Partizan unprepared for the series.

• 10/3: HK Jesenice - HK Partizan 23:0 (8:0, 6:0, 9:0)
• 10/7: HK Jesenice - HK Partizan 18:0 (4:0, 3:0, 11:0)
