HK Spartak is an ice hockey club from Subotica, Serbia.

Hockey in Subotica was played before World War II. Back then it was played on the nearby Palić Lake when it was frozen in winter. The club itself was organized in 1945. The first official game was played in 1947.

The construction of an artificial ice rink in 1969 has helped development of the club. The club has played in the Yugoslav Hockey League, and later in the Serbian Hockey League.

Spartak last played in the Serbian League during the 2013-14 season.
