The Midlands Cup was an English ice hockey tournament. It was also known as the Bass Worthington Cup from 1981-1983 and the Bass Radio Cup in 1989-90.

Winners: Nottingham by 13-8 aggregate score. It was also noted that the Solihull Barons had won the previous two Midland Cups played in 1984-85 and 1985-86.
