The Czech U19 1. Liga is the second level under 19 ice hockey league in the Czech Republic. It is divided into three regional groups (East, West, and Central). Starting in 2015-16, a final tournament between regional winners was played to declare an overall champion. From 2013-2015, two teams advanced to the promotion round to the DHL Extraliga U20 from the final round. Prior to then, the regional winners either moved on to the promotion round to the Extraliga or were directly promoted.

The league became a U19 competition for the 2018-19 season. Prior to that, it was a U20 league.
