The 1911-12 NOHL season was the fifth and final season of the New Ontario Hockey League. It was contested by three teams and won by Port Arthur Lake City.

The North Stars were kicked out of the league on February 15 for forfeiting a game to Port Arthur, so only games between Port Arthur and Schreiber counted for the championship.
