Cresovia Grodno was a sports club in Grodno, Poland (today Belarus). The football club played in the Vilnius and Bialystok OZPN competitions.

The ice hockey section faced AZS Vilnius in February 1934, losing 6-4. The match was noted as being the resumption of activity of ice sports in Grodno after a long absence.

In 1934 Cresovia merged with the club WKS 76 pp Grodno and other military clubs from Grodno, creating a team known as WKS Grodno.
