Silesian Group

  1. Górnik 09 Mysłowice - advanced to promotion round
  2. Stal Sosnowiec - advanced to promotion round
  3. Polonia Bytom
  4. Lechia 06 Mysłowice
  5. Lechia Kobiór
  6. Sparta Łaziska Górne - 9 points (did not play their final two games due to lack of ice
  7. Stal Czechowice - relegated
  8. Górnik Zabrze - relegated
