The 1909-10 Saskatchewan Hockey League season was divided into Northern and Southern sections. The Prince Albert Mintos faced the Edmonton Pros in the Fit-Reform Trophy for the Western Canadian Championship. Edmonton won, 3-1.

Prince Albert was declared champions when Saskatoon was discovered to have used ineligible players. It is sometimes also reported that Prince Albert was suspended for signing out-of-town players and that Saskatoon was awarded the title.
