The Latvian Bandy Championship was the national bandy competition in Latvia.

According to the Latvian Bandy Federation, the first bandy games were played in the country in 1911. Although the first ice hockey match was staged in 1909, bandy would be the more popular sport up until 1930.

The first local Bandy Championships were contested in 1920. In 1923, Rīgas airētāju klubs (Riga sailing club) was crowned Latvian champions.[1]

Ice hockey eventually transcended bandy in the country and by 1930-31, clubs had made the switch to hockey.
