Cresovia Grodno was a sports club in Grodno, Poland (today Belarus). The football club played in the Vilnius and Bialystok OZPN competitions.

The ice hockey section faced AZS Vilnius on January 24, 1932. They later met again in February 1934, losing 6-4.

In 1934 Cresovia merged with the club WKS 76 pp Grodno and other military clubs from Grodno, creating a team known as WKS Grodno.
