The first round took place in Udmurtia in September 2023. The 2nd round was hosted by Khanty-Mansiysk from October 31 to November 6, 2023. In the second round, the AKM team took first place, Ugra took second place, and Phoenix took third place.
The third round also served as the Winter Paralympic Games. From March 19 to 21, a series of playoff (semi-final) matches were held, based on the results of which the opponents for the championship places were determined. SHC Ugra beat AKM Tula in the gold medal series. Udmurtia defeated Phoenix Moscow for 3rd place, the Orenburg Hawks beat Team Moscow for 5th place, and the Bashkir Pirates triumphed over Team Chelyabinsk Region for 7th place.
