The Oakland Clippers competed in the Pacific Coast Hockey League in 1936-37.

College

The California Golden Bears, Loyola Lions, UCLA Bruins, Los Angeles Junior College Cubs, and USC Trojans all fielded ice hockey teams this winter. Loyola won the Southern California Intercollegiate League title for the third year in a row.

Loyola was noted to have lost two of the five games they played on the tour.
