The 1968-69 Promozione season was the fourth recorded edition of the third-level Italian competition. HC Alleghe won the championship.

  • SSI Vipiteno - HC Cervino 3:2 (0:1, 2:0, 1:1)

HC Alleghe was promoted to the Serie B.
