The Odense Bulldogs are an ice hockey team in Odense, Denmark. They currently field teams in both the top-level Metal Ligaen and the second-level Danish Division 1.

History

The Odense Bulldogs were founded in 1978 and earned promotion to the Eliteserien (then the top-level Danish league) at the conclusion of the 1990-91 season. They struggled mightily in their early years in Danish Division 1, going 0-0-24-0 24:380 in 1985-86, 0-2-22-2 in 1986-87, and 0-0-24-0 44:23 in 1987-88.

Odense Ishockey Klub A/S, the club's current operating company, was founded on May 26, 2008, and is headed by president Jack Nielsen.

The club won the Danish Cup in 2003, 2006, 2009, and 2016, and have twice finished as runners-up in the Danish Championship. They were defeated by the Herning Blue Fox in the playoff finals in both 2003 and 2012.
