The Czech Extraliga U17 (also known as the ELIOD Extraliga mladšího dorostu) is the national under 17 ice hockey competition in the Czech Republic. It is divided into three regional groups (West, Central, and East), with the top teams advancing to compete in the final round. Prior to 2019-20, it was a U16 competition.
