- 12/10: Kyunghee University - Kwangwoon University 8:3 (3:2, 2:1, 3:0)
- 12/10: Yonsei University - Korea University 5:4 (1:2, 1:1, 3:1)
- 12/11: Kwangwoon University - Yonsei University 6:4 (1:3, 4:0, 1:1)
- 12/11: Korea University - Kyunghee University 7:3 (3:2, 2:0, 2:1)
Yonsei won the championship due to their head to head victory over Korea.
