The Cobalt Mines Hockey League was played in the Northern Ontario town of Cobalt from 1909 (in November 1912 it was noted that the Mines League "has had four successful seasons")[1] to 1914.
In 1914, the champion O'Brien Mines team challenged for the Allan Cup.[2] Their challenge was not accepted.
