The 1923 Haute-Garonne Challenge was a tournament played in Superbagneres, France from December 29-30, 1923. It was won by CSH Paris II of France over teams from Spain and Belgium, Hockey Club Madrid and Club des Patineurs de Bruxelles II respectively.
