On November 20, Brighton beat the Streatham Royals 9-5.[1] Brighton again defeated Streatham 7-3 on February 26.[2] Brighton beat the Altrincham Aces 14-10 on March 12.[3] The Tigers also walloped the Southampton Vikings 16-2 on April 23.[4] The Murrayfield Royals beat the Brighton Tigers 7-5 in the final, played on April 29. The cup was previously awarded to the winners of the Northern Tournament from 1948-1960.
