Toronto Ladies were champions as the only team in the city. They are only recorded to have played in one game this year, against Markdale on February 6 (no result reported).

1938-39

Toronto Ladies and Toronto Seven-Up played in a Ladies Ontario Hockey Association league with the Preston Rivulettes. As the Ladies beat Seven-Up, they were regarded as city champions.

1939-40

Toronto Ladies were champions as the only team in the city. They played in an LOHA league with Preston again.
