The 1910-11 SPHL season was the first season of the Saskatchewan Professional Hockey League. It was contested by four teams and won by the Prince Albert Mintos. The Central Saskatchewan Hockey League and other independent teams also competed for the Saskatchewan Senior Championship.

Prince Albert won the title. The Mintos then faced Port Arthur Lake City in a Stanley Cup qualifier game, losing 12-8.
The league was not openly professional to begin with. Prince Albert and Saskatoon were accused of professionalism. Their players were asked to sign affidavits confirming their amateur status. When the players refused to sign, the two teams were suspended.
The other teams played for the Saskatchewan Provincial Championship (Von Falkenburg Cup).

Provincial Playoffs
The Von Falkenberg Cup was donated for the provincial senior championship. Regina Shamrocks and Moose Jaw played off for the cup and the winner defended it against challengers.
