The 1965-66 Promozione season was the first recorded edition of the third-level Italian competition. CS Auronzo di Cadore won the championship.

1. Latemar Cazlese. Other participants: HC Col Rondella, HC Canazei, HC Vajolet.
- Group C
1. CS Auronzo di Cadore. Other participants: HC Pieve di Cadore, Amatori HC Agordo.

1. HC Asigo. Other participants: Ritten Sport, HC Vipiteno.
