The Czech U20 1. Liga is the second level under 20 ice hockey league in the Czech Republic. It is divided into three regional groups (East, West, and Central). Starting in 2015-16, a final tournament between regional winners was played to declare an overall champion. From 2013-2015, two teams advanced to the promotion round to the DHL Extraliga U20 from the final round. Prior to then, the three regional winners moved on to the promotion round of the Extraliga.
