The 1938-39 Lithuanian Championship was the 13th season of the national ice hockey competition in Lithuania. It was contested by five teams, and KJK Kaunas won the championship, their first-ever title.[1]
The schedule of four games apiece was not completed. KJK Kaunas was awarded the title as they were in first place and could not be overtaken.
