The 1970-71 Serie C season was the sixth recorded edition of the third-level Italian competition. SV Ritten won the championship.
First round
- Group A
- Group B
Won by SSI Vipiteno. Other participants: HC St. Anton, HC Collalbo, EV Moritzing, SV Klausen.
- Group C
Won by SV Ritten. Other participants: AS Laces, WSV Appiano, SSC Lana, HC Unterrain.
- Group D
Won by HC Rencio Bolzano. Other participants: HC Canazei, HC Egna, HC Bronzolo, US Cavalese.
Final round
The final round was played in Torre Pellice.

- SSI Vipiteno - HC Valpellice 6:4
- SV Ritten - HC Rencio Bolzano 7:2
- 3rd place game
