The January 20 edition of the ''Lidove noviny'' reported that it was intended to revive the Republic (national) Championship in 1927. The championship was scheduled to be played from January 27-30 in Zvicina. However, the conditions there were bad, and moving the competition to a new location was considered. SK Dvur Kralove was in charge of organizing the alternate location. In the end, the championship was not played.

This was the 1926-27 season in Czechoslovakia.

Republic Championship

The January 20 edition of the Lidove noviny reported that it was intended to revive the Republic (national) Championship in 1927. The championship was scheduled to be played from January 27-30 in Zvicina. However, the conditions there were bad, and moving the competition to a new location was considered.
