- 2/5: Renfrew - Carleton Place 8:3
- 2/12: Pembroke - Renfrew 5:2
- 2/19: Renfrew - Almonte 11:3

Pembroke claimed the UOVL title, but as they played against the Ottawa Senators, a professional team, the league had Renfrew advance to the 1908-09 Ottawa District Intermediate Playoffs.
