HC Milevsko 1934 is an ice hockey team from Milevsko, Czech Republic. The club was established in 2010, succeeding earlier Milevsko clubs that dated back to 1934, and played in the third-tier Czech 2.liga until 2014. Their home arena is the zimni stadion Milevsko.
Milevsko has played in the fourth-tier Czech Regional Championships since 2014. They were known as HC Milevsko 2010 from 2010-2021.
