PAOK Thessaloniki HC was an ice and roller hockey club in Thessaloniki, Greece. The ice hockey club was founded as Atlantes Thessaloniki in 2004.

The club won the Bulgarian Amateur League in 2007. It became a member of the PAOK Thessaloniki sports club on March 9, 2007, assuming the name PAOK Thessaloniki HC.

PAOK participated in the last Greek Championship from 2008-2013.
