Hockey Club Bilyi Bars Bila Tserkva (Ukrainian: ХК Білий Барс Бiла Церква English: White Church White Leopards) is a Ukrainian ice hockey team based in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine. They were a founding member of the Professional Hockey League of Ukraine in 2011 and acted as a farm team to HC Donbass in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).

After the demise of the PHL, Bilyi Bars played in the Ukrainian Hockey Championship during the 2013-14 season. They lost to HC Kompanion-Naftogaz in the final, three games to two.

The club was dormant for the 2014-15 season but joined the Ukrainian Hockey Extra League for the 2015-16 season. They last competed in the Ukrainian Hockey Championship in 2022.
