The Finnish U19 Leagues were contested in Finland from 2020-2023. The highest level of play was the Suomi-sarja.

  • 2022-23: Kiekko-Espoo (Suomi-sarja), JHT (II-divisioona), KOOVEE (III-divisioona)
  • 2021-22: Alempi: Kiekko-Espoo Blues (Alkusarja 1), PEPO (Alkusarja 2), KJK (Alkusarja 3), TarU (Alkusarja 4), Ylempi: Kiekko-Espoo
  • 2020-21: season cancelled partway due to COVID-19 pandemic (levels were Alempi and Ylempi)
