This is the 1926-27 Maritimes Senior Playoffs that decided the regional champion. Since the teams were not affiliated with the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association they were not eligible for the Allan Cup.

Canning-Wolfville-Windsor League

The Canning-Wolfville-Windsor League was a senior league that operated in the three named cities.

These three teams made up the Valley Senior Hockey League along with the Kentville Wildcats. They figured that the Wildcats were too strong so they withdrew to form their own league. Kentville played exhibitions with teams in Canada and the United States and then entered the 1926-27 Maritimes Senior Playoffs.

The league ran for just this one season - 1926-27.
