Semi final replay

Sudden death

Note: Even though the ringer had not played against North Bay, the Northern Ontario Hockey Association ordered a sudden death replay of the final.

Because of the limited time available, this game had to be played in Toronto on the morning of the day that the Northern Ontario champion had to play Toronto Aura Lee in the Eastern Canada playoffs.

Final replay

Sudden death

Iroquois Falls Eskimos advanced to the 1921-22 Eastern Canada Memorial Cup Playoffs.

Note: Not surprisingly, the Eskimos lost 4-0 to Toronto that evening.
