Carl Johan Narvestad (March 25, 1904 - September 7, 1981) was a Norwegian hockey player. He was a member of the Norwegian National Team at the World Championships in 1937 and 1938, playing in a total of six games for them.

At the club level, Narvestad played for Hasle AIL from 1934-1941. After his career playing career ended, Narvestad became an international referee.

He served as the long-time Norwegian delegate to the IIHF and was also heavily involved with the Norwegian Ice Hockey Association.
