The 1981-82 Serie C season was the 17th recorded edition of the third-level Italian competition. HC Egna won the championship.
First round
- Lombardy-Val d'Aosta
Won by HC Milan. Other participants: HC Chiavenna, HC Aosta, AS Varese B, Old Star Milan, Pinguini Milan, HC Bergame.
- Piedmont
Won by HC Torino. Other participants: Draghi Torino, Sant'Orso Cogne, Cervino, HC Valpellice B.
- Qualifier
- 2/20: HC Auronzo - HC Torino 10:3
Final round
(2/27-28 @ Brunico)
- Semifinals
- HC Auronzo - HC Rencio 5:2
