Istvan Krepuska (August 8, 1899 - September 13, 1979) was a Hungarian hockey player. He played for the Hungarian National Team at four major tournaments between 1928 and 1931. Krepuska played club hockey for BKE Budapest.
His father, Geza, was an ear specialist, a university professor, and the founder of Hungarian ear surgery. Istvan himself studied medicine and became a prominent physician in Hungary.
