Dirk Jan "Dick" Koeleman (April 4, 1914 - June 26, 1964) was a Dutch hockey player. He played one game for the Dutch National Team at the 1935 World Championship.
Koeleman spent most of his club career with HYS The Hague. He also played for Blue Six Amsterdam and the Tilburg Trappers.
