Alois "Lolek" Cetkovsky (September 5, 1908 - November 13, 1987) was a Czechoslovak hockey player who was a member of the Czechoslovak National Team at eight major international tournaments.
He played club hockey for SK Prostejov, LTC Praha, and SK Slavia Praha. Cetkovsky spent the bulk of his career with Prostejov.
