Jacques Van Reysschoot (born May 2, 1905) was a Belgian hockey player. He played for the Belgian National Team at the 1923 European Championship and later the 1928 Winter Olympics.
He played club hockey for Le Puck d'Anvers. His younger brother Pierre Van Reysschoot also played hockey at a high level.
