The 1909-10 Alberta Professional Hockey League season was the third season of the competition. It was won by the Edmonton Pros, who were the only team entered in the league.
They won the Fit-Reform Trophy as Western Canadian champions, defeating the Prince Albert Mintos of the Saskatchewan Professional Hockey League 3-1.
