This tournament was played in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, on February 10, 2008, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the International Ice Hockey Federation.
The winner of the tournament was Dordoi-Ala-Too from Naryn. The other participants were: Tenti-Ake (Dzhumgalsky area), Erkin-Farm (Naryn), Dair (Cholpon-Ata), Kyzyl Zhldyz (Naryn area), and Karakol.
