The 2023 World Junior A Challenge is an international Junior A tournament held in Truro, Nova Scotia at the Rath Eastlink Community Centre from December 10 to 17, 2023.

The tournament is comprised of five teams and they play a single round robin followed by the top four teams advancing to the semifinal round with the semifinal winners meeting for the gold medal and the semifinal losers meeting for bronze medal.

December 10th

  • Sweden defeated Canada West 4-2
  • Canada East defeated Slovakia 7-2

December 11th

  • United States defeated Slovakia 6-1
  • Canada East defeated Canada West 5-2

December 12th

  • United States defeated Sweden 7-4

December 13th

  • Canada West defeated Slovakia 7-3
  • Canada East defeated Sweden 5-0

December 14th

  • United States defeated Canada West 5-1

December 15th

  • Sweden defeated Slovakia 6-2
  • United States defeated Canada East 7-2
