The 2009-10 Turkish Ice Hockey Women's League season was the fourth season of the national women's competition in Turkey. Milenyum Paten Klubu Ankara won the championship.
Results
The TBHF Women's League was completed with the final matches played in Ankara on May 22-23, 2010.
Ankara Üniversitesi Spor Kulübü, which defeated Başkent Yıldızları Spor Kulübü 7-4 on the first day, became the opponent of Millenyum Paten in the final.
In the final match played on May 23, 2010, Milenyum Paten beat Ankara Üniversitesi Spor Kulübü 1-0, with the golden goal scored in overtime and became the champion.
