The '''Liga Ice Complex Monterrey''' was contested in Monterrey, [[Mexico]] from around 2011-2017. Prior to the LICM being established, a Beer League Fall 2010 and Adults Winter League 2011 were organized. The Torneo Interno Ice Complex - Toros Monterrey - Midget & Up was first contested starting in August 2007. The inaugural Ice Complex - Nextel International Ice  Hockey Cup was staged in September 2006.

The UANL Tigres were crowned champions of the Division 1 League. After finishing the regular season in first place with 10 games won and 2 lost, they won the championship match on May 20, 2012 against the Borregos.
